The Curley Scholarship
Established in honor of the late Virginia Curley, requirements are:
- Local Christian (York and adjacent counties)
- Enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
- Recommendation from their pastor
- Completed application with essay
- Awarded on an annual basis in March of each year.
We have partnered with Winthrop University to administer the scholarship program on our behalf.
The Crawford Award
The Crawford Award is established in honor of Reverend Niki’s grandmother, the late Reverend Georgia Crawford. Reverend Crawford was a tremendous woman of faith who founded and pastored a church, Mount Zion Rock Grove Park Church of God, located here in Rock Hill, SC. Reverend Crawford had a long history of unwavering faith, Christian ethics, and integrity. Through the power of the Holy Ghost, Reverend Crawford had a vibrant healing and deliverance ministry.
The purpose of the Crawford Award is to honor and recognize those who have exhibited exceptional moral courage and exemplify Christ Centered behavior through volunteer service to their church, community, and country. The Crawford Award will be awarded each year in June. A minimum of two awards will be given each year. Nominations for the Crawford award will be received in March of each year.
